Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address, used to authenticate your account.
• Messages you send in the app, stored so AI agents and staff can respond and so you can read your history later.
• Photos and voice notes you attach in chat, stored so AI agents and staff can view the media you intentionally send.
• Device push token and platform, used to notify you when an agent or staff member replies.
• Your unique user ID, issued by Supabase Auth.

What we do not collect

• We do not collect your location, contacts, or camera.
• We only access your photo library or microphone when you choose to attach a photo or record a voice note in chat.
• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your messages to train third-party AI models. Messages may be sent to model providers through our AI gateway under service terms that prohibit training use.

Where data is stored

• Account, message, and notification data is stored in Supabase infrastructure in the United States.
• Chat attachments, including photos and voice notes, are stored in Cloudflare R2 and linked to your message history.
• Data is retained until you delete your account or ask us to delete it.

How to delete your data

• Open the Mr. Bright app, go to Settings, and choose Delete my account.
• Account deletion permanently deletes your user account and associated app messages. This action cannot be undone.
• You may also email raz@mrbright.ai to request deletion assistance.

Children

The Mr. Bright app is intended for business users. It is not directed at children under 13.
