By using Mr. Bright, you agree to these terms. If you use the app on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that company.

1. 1You will use the app only for lawful business purposes related to your engagement with Mr. Bright AI.
2. 2AI replies are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. Verify before acting on financial, legal, marketing-spend, or operational decisions.
3. 3You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, disrupt, or circumvent the app, rate limits, backend systems, or AI systems.
4. 4You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account.
5. 5We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or violation of these terms.
6. 6The app is provided as is and as available, without warranty to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. 7To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid to Mr. Bright AI in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. 8Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
