Program description

• Mr. Bright AI may send SMS or WhatsApp messages to clients, prospects, and approved business contacts about appointments, onboarding, account access, reports, approvals, service requests, and support conversations.
• Messages may be sent by Mr. Bright AI staff or by MrBright AI agents supervised by our team.
• We do not use this program for unrelated third-party promotional messages.

How you opt in

• You opt in by texting or messaging Mr. Bright AI, submitting a form that includes your phone number and SMS disclosure, booking a consultation, or asking our team to communicate with you by text or WhatsApp.
• When required, we may ask you to confirm by replying YES before continuing automated SMS conversations.
• If you do not opt in or confirm when asked, we will not continue automated SMS messaging to that number.

Message frequency and fees

• Message frequency varies based on your requests, open tasks, approvals, reports, and support needs.
• Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

• Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages from Mr. Bright AI. After STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message and then no further SMS messages unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help or contact raz@mrbright.ai.
• For WhatsApp, you can also block or report the conversation inside WhatsApp.

Privacy

• We use your phone number and message history to provide the services you requested, respond to your business inquiries, keep task history, and protect client accounts.
• We do not sell your phone number or message data.
